1. Residency Agreement
All residents must complete the necessary intake and housing application process. Residency is offered on a private or shared-room basis and is subject to availability. By moving in, residents agree to respect the privacy and rights of others within the home.

2. Payments and Fees
Monthly fees for private or shared rooms must be paid on or before the agreed-upon due date. Late or missed payments may result in additional charges or termination of residency. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.

3. House Rules and Responsibilities
Residents are expected to contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of shared spaces. Loud, disruptive, or unsafe behavior is not permitted. Residents must respect curfew policies (if applicable), visitation guidelines, and all community standards designed to ensure a peaceful environment.

4. Conduct and Community Standards
At Sunrise to Sunset, everyone is somebody, and all are treated with dignity and respect. Residents are required to maintain respectful interactions with others, refrain from harassment or discrimination of any kind, and avoid illegal activities or substance abuse on the premises.

5. Property and Safety
Residents are responsible for their personal belongings. Sunrise to Sunset is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Tampering with safety equipment, engaging in violence, or damaging property may result in immediate termination of residency.

6. Termination of Residency
Management reserves the right to end residency for failure to comply with payment obligations, repeated misconduct, violation of community guidelines, or actions that jeopardize the safety and well-being of others. Residents may also choose to leave by providing proper notice, as outlined in their housing agreement.

7. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect the evolving needs of the home. Residents will be informed of any significant changes, and continued residency indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
